The Siddhus are back, have you met them yet?

Mumbai 2022: The Siddhus Of Upper Juhu is an English play presented by NCPA in collaboration with Rage productions entertaining audiences since 2015. This extremely well-received play is back with its chaos and comedy, opening curtains once again on the 20th of November. According to the reviews, the play presents the reality and chaos of Mumbai city in a comedy style leaving the audience rolling off their seats.

Synopsis: Balvinder Siddhu, also known as Bubbles, a 50-year-old well-paid financial executive, and his loyal Parsi wife, Behroze, live on the 14th floor of a typical modern Upper Juhu high-rise called Sea View Towers. In spite of having poured their life savings into this 2.5 BHK flat in Mumbai, everything civil and civic seems to go wrong.

The play is back in Mumbai after various shows nationally and internationally. The play's ability to discuss the stark reality of Mumbaikars' life while keeping the audience's attention for the entire performance has won over a wide variety of viewers.

As the name suggests the play is based on one of the most exciting places in Mumbai, Juhu. The amount of beauty Juhu gets is balanced with the heavy rates of real estate. In the first act, The Siddhus of Upper Juhu comically portrays the 50-year-old well-paid financial executive named Balvinder Siddhu, commonly known as Bubbles, and his loyal Parsi wife Behroze living in the typical modern Upper Juhu high-rise called Sea View Towers on its 14th floor.

The play brings forward the truth of how the Siddhus even after pouring in all of their life savings for a 2.5 BHK apartment in Juhu aren't able to live peacefully due to the civic and civil problems. The story is brought to life creatively by the cast which consists of Rajit Kapur, Shernaz Patel, Meera Khurana, Kajli Sharma & Shishir Sharma.
