KIDS FUN MOVEMENT: Age: 7 to 12 years
A playful and fun way to engage your kids creatively!
Teaching dance through gestures, sounds, expressions! This will be a small group class of a maximum of 5 kids.
DURATION: 45 minutes/1 hour FEES: 500 INR per child per session
We can have class once or twice a week…or even more!
Deep breathing, calmness and focus is the need of the hour. Each session will have Surya Namaskar variations and learning one asana per class. She has worked with healthy adults from the age of 18 to 60 years. This will be an intimate group class of maximum 5 adults. DURATION: 1/1 hour 15 minutes FEES: 750 INR per person per session. We can plan the timings as per the convenience of the group.

A one-on-one fitness class for people working from home, homemakers who have an hour to spare and also for active people who are losing their minds not being able to go for a run!
Let's strengthen those arms, legs and the abs and work on flexibility too!
DURATION: 1 hour FEES: 1000 INR per person per session. We can plan this as per your personal convenience at any time of the day and days of the week.
About the Instructor:
Pia Bunglowala is an independent movement artist and facilitator based in Bangalore. She did her Diploma at the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts in 2008 and has trained in contemporary dance, ballet, Bharatnatyam and Kalarippayatu. Since then she has worked with various dance companies and choreographers in the city, including Nritarutya, an Indian contemporary dance company, traveling with them extensively. Of note, she travelled with them to Scotland in January 2014 to perform at the Celtic Connections Festival and to Germany for Hannover Messe - MAKE IN INDIA in April 2015. She has been part of the cast of KHWAAB SA, an adaptation of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Mumbai based theatre director Atul Kumar, of The Company Theatre. Currently part of Citizens of Stage Co Lab, a collective of skilled contemporary dancers in the city who perform, teach, choreograph to engage with the community, she teaches kids of various ages and conducts modules for adults in various studios in the city.
